Date(s) - 16/05/2018
16 May 2018 will be the first time that the International Day of Living Together in Peace has been celebrated, having only been officially recognised by the General Assembly in December 2017.
The adoption of this day was the result of efforts by AISA International. Background to their work can be found here. Their mission is “to create a worldwide movement in favor of an awareness that a fraternal bond based on the Culture of Peace is a necessity for Humanity.
“With a new vision, we can collectively generate and convey a profound mutation to build the society of tomorrow and propose a tool to express, loud and clear, this will to learn better Living and doing Together.”
