Mahmoud Abbas, President of the State of Palestine

Donald Trump would not allow President Abbas to enter the United States so he had to send the following video as his address to the UN General Debate.

Balendra Shah, Prime Minister of Nepal

Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of the State of Israel

Donald Trump, President of the United States of America

Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Takaichi Sanae, Prime Minister of Japan

Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine

Andy Burnham, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic

Note that Macron’s remark “Hamas has never been active in the West Bank” was described in a statement by the office of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a “grotesque absurdity” adding “Hamas terrorists … have murdered countless Israeli civilians in Judea and Samaria,” using the Biblical name for the West Bank.
