United Nations Association Climate and Oceans network has created a Climate Action Platform aimed at promoting collective action to mitigate the impact of climate change. They are committed to raising awareness, promoting sustainability practices and advocating for policies that address climate change.

It contains interactive maps and charts where, for example, you can select a country or continent to show their share of primary energy from renewable sources or energy use per person.
