Palestine and the UN have been inextricably linked since the organization was founded. UN departments have been criticizing Israel’s actions for over a year. UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese even wrote two reports documenting the genocide in Gaza. Despite that, the United Nations has still been unable to hold Israel accountable.
