What is a Model United Nations?
A Model United Nations (MUN) helps participants become involved with global issues by debating solutions to a current global problem. MUN simulates a real United Nations conference. It lets participants explore the art of diplomacy and master the skills of compromise solution-seeking.
The Model United Nations Group of the University of Warwick will give a presentation and simulation of an MUN so you can gain a flavour of what it involves and how participants can benefit from taking part.
This event is open to all. No booking is required. Note entry to the school will be via gate nearer Tamworth Road.
We are organising this event on a Saturday so schools will be able to attend.
